Plants have many uses in our life. They can be used as ornamentals as well as our food source. As a food source, some flowers and herbs are being taken by humans for pleasure and for health too — for example, herbal tea. As ornaments, plants not only beautify the environment, but they serve other functions like purifying the air in nature, trapping dusts as well as be the home for numerous fauna or organisms. Various plants part are not only eaten, but are made into various home features like furniture for human usage as well! Lastly, plants create a revenue for people especially the researchers or botanists — the study of plants provides students and the general public with useful information.
Plants can be used for therapeutic purposes as well as artistic purposes. In the latter, plants are harvested, dried and stored. Pressed flowers, pressed leaves can be used for making cards or gifts for special occasion — herbs, plants and flowers are just such wonderful gifts!
